OSB PLANTS, PARTICLE BOARD PLANTS & OTHER PANEL MANUFACTURERS:

Delignit® panels are widely used for maintaining production lines of practically all panel plants, such as OSB, PARTICLE BOARD,
MDF, AND OTHERS.

We offer highly wear resistant panels in a variety of densities to permit selection of the right type of panel for any given application.

Nominal Densities range from
0.75 kg/dm3 = 47 lbs/cu.ft.
to 1.4 kg/dm3 = 87 lbs/cu.ft.

Panel faces: press finish, precision machined and/or with wear resistant phenolic film overlays. Several grades are suitable for exposure to high temperature ranges that are typically encountered with ejector lines.

Full size panels are typically used in the following areas:

Forming Line, Ejector Line, Return Line, Cutting and Sorting Lines.

Custom machined Delignit® is primarily used for:

- Rails for Unloader Cages

- Loader Cage Pallets (see Delignit® MU25, TTB)

- Gear Racks (no lubrication required)

- Pusher Bars
